Stealth Service

Stealth Service provides ADB-level system access without root, enabling advanced features like system app control, WiFi/Bluetooth toggles, and shell command execution.

What is Stealth Service?

Stealth Service is a system service that runs with ADB (Android Debug Bridge) privileges, giving Stealth elevated permissions without requiring root access. This unlocks powerful capabilities that normally require root or Device Owner mode.

System App Control

Clear cache and manage system applications that normally require elevated permissions.

System Settings

Toggle WiFi, Bluetooth, mobile data, and other system settings programmatically.

Shell Commands

Execute ADB shell commands directly from Stealth for advanced automation.

Network Monitoring

Access detailed network statistics and connection information.

Setup Instructions

1
Download Stealth Service

Open any tool that requires Stealth Service (Apps Manager, Macro, Network Monitor, etc.) and tap the "Download Stealth Service" button in settings.

2
Install the APK

Allow installation from unknown sources if prompted, then install the Stealth Service APK.

3
Enable Wireless Debugging

Go to Android Settings → Developer Options → Wireless Debugging and enable it. Tap "Pair device with pairing code" if needed.

4
Start Stealth Service

Open the Stealth Service app and tap "Start" to begin the service. Keep it running in the background.

5
Grant Permission

Return to Stealth and tap "Grant Stealth Service Permission" in the tool's settings. Approve the permission request.

Pro Tip: Stealth Service needs to stay running. If your device kills background apps aggressively, add Stealth Service to your battery optimization whitelist.

Enabling Developer Options

If you don't see Developer Options in your Android Settings, you need to enable it first:

  1. Open Android Settings
  2. Go to "About phone"
  3. Find "Build number"
  4. Tap it 7 times rapidly
  5. Enter your PIN/password if prompted
  6. Developer Options will now appear in Settings

Troubleshooting

Service Won't Start

  • Enable Wireless Debugging in Developer Options
  • Make sure Developer Options is enabled
  • Restart your device and try again
  • Check if another ADB service is running

Permission Denied

  • Ensure Stealth Service is running
  • Grant permission from within Stealth
  • Restart Stealth Service if needed
  • Check Wireless Debugging is still enabled

Service Keeps Stopping

  • Disable battery optimization for Stealth Service
  • Add to "Don't kill" list in your device settings
  • Keep Wireless Debugging enabled
  • Some devices aggressively kill background services

Can't Find Developer Options

  • Go to Settings → About phone
  • Tap "Build number" 7 times
  • Enter PIN/password when prompted
  • Developer Options will appear in Settings
Important: Stealth Service requires Wireless Debugging to remain enabled. If you disable it, the service will stop working until you re-enable it and restart the service.

Battery Impact

Stealth Service runs in the background but has minimal battery impact. It only activates when Stealth requests an action. The service itself doesn't perform any background tasks or network operations.

Battery Usage

Idle ~0.1% per hour
Active Use ~0.5% per hour
RAM Usage ~15-20 MB
Background No network activity

Security & Privacy

Stealth Service is based on Shizuku, an open-source project trusted by millions of Android users. It only grants permissions to apps you explicitly authorize. Stealth Service cannot:

  • Access your personal data without permission
  • Send data over the network
  • Modify system files or partitions
  • Grant permissions to other apps without your approval

The service runs locally on your device and only responds to requests from authorized apps like Stealth.

Need more control? For features like freezing and hiding apps, consider setting up Device Owner mode instead.
