Payment Methods

Securely store and autofill payment information for faster online shopping.

Overview

Stealth Browse includes a built-in payment method manager that securely stores your credit/debit card information and can automatically fill payment forms on checkout pages.

Features

Payment Autofill

When enabled, Stealth Browse will detect payment forms and offer to fill them with your saved card details. A secure prompt appears before any data is entered.

• Default: Off (opt-in for security)
• How it works: Detects card number, expiry, and CVV fields
• Security: Requires authentication before filling

Manage Payment Methods

Access the Payment Methods Manager to:

• Add new credit/debit cards
• View saved payment methods (card numbers are masked)
• Edit card nicknames and details
• Delete outdated or unused cards
• Set a default payment method

Adding a Payment Method

1. Go to Settings → Payment Methods → Manage Payment Methods
2. Tap Add Card
3. Enter card details:
   • Card number
   • Cardholder name
   • Expiration date
   • Card nickname (optional)
4. CVV is never stored - you'll enter it each time for security
5. Tap Save

Security

• Local Storage: Payment data never leaves your device
• Encryption: All card data is encrypted with Android Keystore
• CVV Protection: CVV codes are never saved
• Authentication: Biometric or PIN required to view/use cards
• No Cloud Sync: Payment methods are not synced to prevent exposure
