Getting Started
This guide walks you through installing Stealth and getting connected. The entire process takes about 5 minutes.
Purchase & Download
After purchasing Stealth, you'll receive a confirmation email containing:
- Your unique License Code
- A link to download
stealth-downloader.exe
You can also download the downloader directly from the success page after checkout.
Installation
- Run
stealth-downloader.exe - The downloader automatically fetches the latest version of Stealth
- Follow the installation wizard prompts
- When prompted, enter your License Code from your email
- Complete the setup and launch Stealth
Your First Connection
With Stealth installed, connecting is simple:
- Click the large Connect button in the main window
- Wait a few seconds for the connection to establish
- The status changes to "Invisible" - you're now protected
That's it. Your internet traffic is now encrypted and your IP address is hidden. You can verify your connection by checking the IP address displayed in the main window - it should differ from your real IP.
Recommended Configuration
For most users, we recommend enabling these settings for optimal protection:
| DNS Encryption | Enabled | Encrypts your DNS queries for complete privacy |
| Content Filtering | Malware | Blocks known malicious domains automatically |
| Launch at Startup | Enabled | Ensures protection begins when Windows starts |
| Stealth Block | Conservative | Blocks ads and trackers without breaking sites |
Access these settings by clicking the gear icon or opening the Settings panel from the main window.
Understanding the Interface
The main Stealth window shows your connection status at a glance. The central shield indicates whether VPN is active (purple) or disconnected (gray). Below it, you'll see your current IP address and connection status.
The Settings button opens the configuration panel where you can access all features. Tools you use frequently can be pinned to the footer toolbar for quick access.
For a detailed walkthrough of every interface element, see the UI Overview page.
