Block It
Block It stops websites from loading. Lock the list with a custom password or your Windows login, then review access attempts. Tag: Privacy. A blocked site shows an internal Stealth interstitial, not a network error. Parental Controls is the broader parent toolkit (PIN, categories, bedtime, locks). Block It is the simple site list.
Turn it on
Menu → Settings, or go to stealth://settings. Click Power Ups in the left list.
Find Block It and click Add. Or click Full Power to enable the whole catalog at once.
Settings → Toolbar. Drag the PowerUp onto the toolbar if you want a one-click button. Each PowerUp can also be paused with site protection from the Stealth logo.
Lock
| Custom password | Set a Block It password. Changes to the list ask for it. |
| Windows login | Use your Windows login password instead of a separate Block It password. |
| No lock | You can run the list without a password. Anyone who can use this profile can change it. |
How to block a site
Open the PowerUp on the page you want gone, then block the current site. Enter the password if a lock is on.
Add a pattern by hand if you are not on the site.
Unlock, then remove a rule. Password required if the lock is on.
Attempts
Failed password tries and blocked access attempts are logged in the PowerUp. Clear the log with the password. When a site is denied, the page you see is block-it-blocked, Stealth's own blocked page.
