Share Guard hides personal surfaces for a screen share or meeting. It does not delete data. Policy decides whether it exists and what it does. Staff can flip it on for the current session if policy allows.

Share Guard policy (IT)
| Enable Share Guard | If off, staff cannot use it. |
| Hide personal bookmarks | Hides non-company bookmarks while it is on. |
| Hide other profiles | Hides other profile switchers. |
| Mute notifications | Mutes site notifications for the session. |
| Hide history suggestions in the address bar | Stops the omnibox showing personal history. |
| Hide the downloads bar | Hides the downloads UI. |
| Close non-work tabs | Closes tabs that are not work apps or managed start pages. |
| Blur tab thumbnails | Blurs hover / strip thumbnails. |
| Share Guard hotkey | Keyboard shortcut for the session switch. |
Apply on the policy card to publish. Find in Page still uses Ctrl+F. Ctrl+Shift+G is Find previous only when Share Guard is not claiming it.
