What staff see in the browser after policy is applied. IT edits the lists in Policy → Workspace and Apps, then Apply policy. This tab shows the live result on this machine.
| Work apps | Name + URL dock. Opening an app uses the current profile. |
| Managed bookmarks | Pushed from policy. If Staff cannot edit company bookmarks is on, locked entries cannot be changed on this PC. |
| Startup and pinned tabs | Start pages and pinned tabs from policy. Homepage and new tab URL are the same policy section. |
Policy can also set default search engine, saved workspaces (named URL sets), and client containers (named domain groups).
