Standard Safe Browsing is on. Dangerous sites hit an interstitial instead of the page. Optional Scan page links paints green/red badges on links and can play a bad-link sound.

Downloads can be scanned depending on your protection settings. The blocked-site and error pages are internal Stealth Browse pages.
