Wayback Look

Wayback Look
See any website as it looked years ago. Scrub a timeline of saved snapshots, jump to the latest copy, or save the live page right now.

Browse Internet Archive snapshots of the current site with a fixed timeline bar at the top of the UI. Tag: Research. Privacy → Wayback Machine integration is on by default and suggests archived copies when a page returns 404. This PowerUp is the timeline itself.

Turn it on

1
Open Power Ups

Menu → Settings, or go to stealth://settings. Click Power Ups in the left list.

2
Add Wayback Look

Find Wayback Look and click Add. Or click Full Power to enable the whole catalog at once.

3
Pin it

Settings → Toolbar. Drag the PowerUp onto the toolbar if you want a one-click button. Each PowerUp can also be paused with site protection from the Stealth logo.

How to use it

1
Open a site

Go to the live page you want history for.

2
Show the timeline

Click the Wayback Look toolbar button. The bar lists snapshots along the top of the window.

3
Jump a snapshot

Pick a date on the bar to load that capture.

4
Save Page Now

Push the current page into the Archive if you want a fresh snapshot.

5
Legacy Flash

Optional. Turns on legacy Flash for old captures that need it.

Offline Page saves a local copy on this PC. Wayback Look reads Archive.org. They are different tools.
